SR&N Diesel No. 9 & Flatcar No. 26

The new 18 ton diesel for the Saco River and Newfoundland railway, arbitrarily numbered No. 9. It's a stretched Mack switcher (from Jordan) with a new cab, roof and pilots, but missing a radiator. The mechanism is from Kato, and it's painted C&NW green.

The flat car is scratchbuilt from styrene with a Stevens Creek Models laser cut deck and Grandt Line trucks and Micro Trains couplers.

Thanks John,
It was a fun build. There's a very similar kit by Aru Models of Japan (http://homepage3.nifty.com/arumo/r0010.htm) that I plan to tackle next.
