Railroad Line Forum has issued a challenge to build a layout in a shoebox. The rules are a maximum size of 13 x 9 x 5, but mine is a bit smaller at 12 x 8 x 4.5 inches. The plan is a simple 'U' with a trailing switch and a really short spur, which will have a small gravity fed loading chute from the top of a hill. A small stone office will be built on the side of the hill on the left.
