I got the rest of the mechanism assembled, according to the instructions, but unfortunately it won't run. With the worm gear disengaged from the idler gear the motor will run when it's sitting on the track, but as soon as they're meshed it wont move. I can hear the motor hum when I apply power, but no movement. The gearing without the motor attached is a little stiff, but not too bad, but I'm guessing that's the problem.
